Trigger point work on my lower leg, hips, and glutes. Ow! I never knew I had so many sensitive spots. My soleus, my anterior tibialis, my peroneals, my glutes all knotted and tender, particularly around tendon heads and insertions. I’m guessing all these will take some time to restore. Key reminder is to relax throughout so the muscle is not activated. It will be interesting to see what normal feels like and performs like.
Every time I work with the area it feels more aware and fuller.
