“"I decided to go “whole hog” and commit to the three weeks. I am so glad I did! The program was so easy to follow with the grocery lists, meal plans and recipes. The food was delicious and the snacks in the first and second weeks really helped me get past any cravings.
Everything you said would happen did. I got off sugar without cravings, had increased energy and mental clarity and the best part was I lost 13 pounds in those three weeks (my goal was 10).
